These terms govern your use of mysite-name's professional car valeting services across England. Please read them carefully before booking any services to ensure a clear understanding of our valeting approach, client responsibilities, and service limitations.

1. Service Agreement

By booking our car valeting services—whether through interior cleaning, stain removal, or specialised treatments—you agree to these terms. Our valeting services operate in compliance with relevant UK environmental regulations and industry standards.

We provide professional car valeting services through our trained specialists across England.


2. Service Scope and Valeting Standards

Our services include interior cleaning, stain treatment, odour elimination, and protective applications. We focus on providing quality valeting using appropriate techniques and products for different automotive materials.

While we perform valeting to professional standards, outcomes can be influenced by material age, previous treatments, and stain characteristics. We provide realistic assessments and use our expertise to achieve the best possible cleaning results.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful valeting outcomes, clients agree to:

  • Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service
  • Disclose any known material sensitivities or previous cleaning treatments
  • Provide accurate vehicle information and access arrangements
  • Inform us of any existing damage or interior issues
  • Ensure adequate fuel for potential vehicle movement if required
  • Collect vehicle promptly after service completion notification

Proper preparation helps us provide efficient and effective valeting services.


4. Vehicle Access and Key Handling

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe vehicle access and providing working keys. We implement strict key security protocols, but cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing key or locking system issues.

We reserve the right to postpone service if vehicle access cannot be established safely or if keys are not provided.


5. Quotations and Service Confirmation

Quotations are provided based on initial assessment and are valid for 30 days. Service confirmation requires written or verbal approval of the quotation. Valeting appointments are scheduled upon confirmation receipt.

Additional cleaning requirements identified during service may affect pricing and completion time, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.


6. Stain Removal and Material Limitations

While we use professional stain removal techniques, some stains may be permanent depending on their nature, age, and material type. We provide honest assessment of removal possibilities before proceeding with treatment.

Some older materials may show natural wear or colour variation after cleaning, which we will discuss during the assessment process.


7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. For services exceeding £300, we may require a deposit before ordering specialist products. Payment methods will be confirmed before service commences.

Late payments may affect future service scheduling. We reserve the right to require payment for completed services before vehicle release.


8. Vehicle Collection and Storage

Vehicles should be collected within 2 hours of service completion notification. Storage fees of £5 per hour may apply for vehicles left beyond this period. We reserve the right to move vehicles if necessary for operational requirements.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage during service periods but cannot accept responsibility for vehicles left unattended for extended periods.


9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a £25 charge. Services cancelled after vehicle drop-off will be charged based on work completed to that point.

We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible.


10. Drying Times and Vehicle Use

Some valeting treatments require drying time before normal vehicle use. We provide specific guidance on post-service care and recommended waiting periods. Clients should avoid exposing treated surfaces to moisture for the recommended duration.

We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from failure to follow post-service care instructions.


11. Pre-existing Damage and Vehicle Condition

We conduct pre-service inspections and note any existing damage or material issues. Clients should point out any specific concerns before service begins. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing conditions unrelated to our valeting work.

Vehicle interiors are used at the client's risk, with normal wear and tear expected over time.


12. Product Allergies and Sensitivities

We use professional cleaning products suitable for most users. Clients with specific allergies or sensitivities should inform us before service so we can use appropriate alternative products where available.

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments due to previous product residues in vehicles.


13. Liability Limitations

Our liability for services is limited to the cost of the valeting performed. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, inherent material weaknesses, or issues arising from improper client preparation or post-service care.

We maintain appropriate insurance and follow industry best practices in our valeting work.


14. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
